Why should I digitize my photos, slides & negatives?

   There are many reasons to digitize your precious photos and films:

    • In case of a fire, flood or other disaster.
    • To have a “master copy” as the original deteriorates.
    • To have multiple copies available for others to enjoy and use.
    • To avoid conflict if “custody” of photos becomes an issue.
    • To save time during funeral arrangements.
    • To preserve your history in multiple formats.

How do you organize photos?

   Photos are organized according to your needs. It can be done:

    • Chronologically
    • By event (ie. Christmas, Graduation, Birthdays)
    • By family member (ie. Mom with kids, Grandparents, siblings)
    • Any other way you choose

Why should I put my photos in a Scrapbook?

What do you charge for your services?

   Every customer’s needs are different. Some choose to have Organization and Digitization only, while some are interested in album design. Rates are determined by the scope of the projects. What is the expected time frame for a project?

   Again, it depends upon the project. Sunset Scrapbooks will keep you updated via e-mail or telephone regarding the project’s progress while it is ongoing. Rapid services are available for an emergency situation or funeral service.
